Yes, before going into bulk production, we will make a preproduction sample to confirm details.
Yes, we can provide different designs or make accessories according to your designs depending on your requirement.
We will send you separate email according to the actual production situation.
Our inspection includes 3 steps. In-line inspection which is executed by production supervisors Pre-packaging inspection by professional QC Final random inspection before shipment by responsible sales
Our QC team will check every semi product in person in preproduction period. For instance, every day, the production supervisors will stay in the workshop to random check the semi product and if they find a problem, they will ask the workers to redo.
If the defective ratio is higher than 5%, we will arrange a full inspection again.
When customers ask us to give a delivery date, we will review with production manager to make sure a feasible delivery date. Every Monday, we have a meeting discussing order details and scheduling production plan.
After an order is confirmed, production coordinator will finish calculating and order material.
Every Monday, we hold a meeting to review production schedule and adjust according to material ordering and receiving situation.
Currently, we are dealing with our customers by TT, L/C at sight and D/P , O/A with specific requirements according to different countries.

Yes, we have. We have been exported for more than 10 years, generally, we will cooperate with designated forward but sometimes, if our forward can give a favorable quotation, we would recommend our forwarder so as to save some cost for our customers.
